Hi, I'm Hannah.

I am a fully qualified and insured PT, online coach, Pilates and Barre instructor and the founder of Body By Hannah (BBH). I have a passion for fitness coaching and being able to educate to build health and confidence. My aim is to support you in becoming the best version of yourself, through sustainable long term lifestyle changes.

 

In 2016 I decided I needed to up my game and get on board with looking after my health. Fast-forward to today, it’s been a great journey; I have shared my whole experience of fitness via my social media.
