Hi! I’m Hannah, I am 25 years old, a fully qualified and Insured PT and the founder of Body By Hannah (BBH). I have a huge passion for fitness coaching and being able to educate to build health and confidence. My aim is to help you through training and having nutritious meals that make you feel strong, confident and overall happy within.
In 2016 I decided I needed to up my game and get on board with looking after my health. Fast-forward to 2021 it’s been a great journey; I have shared my whole experience of fitness via my social media.

MONDAY

10-10:45am – Kondition Pilates
18:00pm-18:45pm – Bootcamp – Online / Outdoors 03/04/23

TUESDAY

Pre-recorded Booty Blitz online, new class every Tuesday,
available to do anytime

WEDNESDAY

18:30pm-19:15pm – Pilates
19:15pm – 20:00pm – Pilates

THURSDAY

7-8am – Kondition Fitness

Please note – Sessions cancelled less than 24hrs in advance need to be paid for

Fitness Options

I am here to help you achieve any goal you have whether that be weight loss, maintenance, weight gain, overall fitness or sport specific training.
In pairs or groups of 3, undertaken in the gym or the option of outdoors if the weather allows. Groups can be of mixed abilities/fitness levels and each session will be designed to suit.

Workouts will be available on a monthly subscription basis, read more to keep up-to-date.
