Personal Training

I currently work with women & men to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. My focus is always to help you make those lifestyle changes not just a quick fix!

1-2-1 sessions are 45 minutes long per session.
I also offer a loyalty card scheme, do 6 sessions and get one for free!

I am here to help you achieve any goal you have whether that be weight loss, maintenance, weight gain, overall fitness or sport specific training.

Online Training

I currently offer 1-2-1 & group online PT. I wanted to create this option for those who are not able to see me in person but still want a great workout!
These sessions are 45 minutes long with each bespoke session to suit you. Please get in touch to find out more.
