I offer a range of fitness options, ranging from 1-2-1 and group Personal Training, through to online coaching, at home workouts and more. Read more about each option below. 

Personal Training

I currently work with men & women to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. My focus is always to help you make those lifestyle changes not just a quick fix! I offer 1-2-1, group and online personal training and am here to help you achieve any goal you have.

Online Coaching

Online coaching looks at everything from nutrition to workouts to daily habits. Coaching is bespoke and personalised to you and your goals. Whether you are a gym bunny or busy mum with less time, BBH coaching is here to help you achieve your goals.

Online Workout Classes

My at home workout classes help you workout when it suits you, with flexibility to suit your busy schedule. Online workouts span from strength style workouts, to Pilates, Barre and pre/post-natal workouts. Get access to all my workouts for just £20 per month.

Barre

Having now taught barre for the last 2 years, it’s a class I have fallen in love with. Whilst using my knowledge of pilates, we work in a mindful and controlled manner to really feel that full body burn! This is a feel-good class, covering all levels and abilities.

Pilates

I am a classically trained Pilates instructor having now taught for 3+ years in various locations. In my classes you will focus on form and technique whilst feeling like your body’s getting a really good workout! I offer different levels and options in all classes.

Bootcamp

BBH Bootcamp has been going since I started! I designed this class for everyone and anyone to come and find the fun in fitness! It’s a non competitive bootcamp which challenges you in different ways each week.

Pre & Post-Natal Training

I offer 1-2-1 pre & post-natal personal training and am a qualified pre/post-natal Pilates and Barre instructor. All workouts are carefully designed to suit you and your
baby during pregnancy and beyond, to help you feel your strongest self.

The Gym

The gym is set in a picturesque, rural setting just outside of Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire. The gym is completely private and will only ever have myself and my client/s in there at one time.
