Client Spotlight - George

George has made such a huge physical and mental transformation since starting PT with me. He was struggling with his weight resulting in a lack of confidence.

 

It was really important to start with that we did achievable workouts making them as enjoyable as possible, from there we have done a range of workouts from HITT to weighted sessions, right up to now focusing on getting more definition while continuing the weight loss journey. We are keeping the numbers private for now but I think you can see just from these pictures what a huge transformation it has been so far!
