BBH Bootcamp is run every Monday evening at 6pm – outdoors in Westwood, Wiltshire from April to October and online via zoom October to March. Bootcamp is for all abilities, from beginners to advanced. Each session is 45 minutes including a warm up, main workout, burnout, cool down and stretch. The sessions are run on a group basis of 10 people max per session, this is so I can make sure you’re getting the very best out of the session and input you need.
