Group PT

Group PT can be done in pairs or groups of 3, this will be undertaken in the gym or the option of outdoors if the weather allows. Groups can be of mixed abilities/fitness levels and each session will be designed to suit. Any questions please get in touch.

Group sessions are 45 minutes long per session, with a maximum of 3 people.
I am here to help you achieve any goal you have whether that be weight loss, maintenance, weight gain, overall fitness or sport specific training.
