Pre- & Post-Natal Training

I offer 1-2-1 pre & post-natal personal training. These sessions are created to enable you to continue to enjoy fitness and feel strong during your pregnancy as well as helping you to feel your best post pregnancy. All workouts have been midwife approved prior to participation.
